This large residential apartment block in Reading required the retro-fitting of fire stopping measures throughout all service risers. Verus Group were contracted to carry out the works, ensuring the passage of fire and smoke is now mitigated within the communal and escape route areas.

John Lewis Distribution Centre
Verus Group was instructed to carry out fire stopping works following the new installation of additional pipes and cabling throughout this John Lewis distribution centre.

Verus Group recently completed an extensive fire stopping programme at West Green Primary School, following the installation of a full M&E programme.

Verus Group was contracted to carry out emergency lighting maintenance and remediation works at Broad House, to ensure the escape route lighting is functioning correctly throughout this large residential development.
Oka, Didcot
Following the installation of additional services throughout the office areas, Verus Group was contracted to install fire stopping to all penetrations at OKA, Didcot.

As part of an upgrade project at Network Rail's staff car parking area in Milton Keynes, Verus Group were contracted to carry out the installation of seven new fire-rated steel door sets leading from the stairwells to each level.

Verus Group recently completed a retro-fit fire-stopping project throughout this high school in Croydon, ensuring all service penetrations are now sealed, creating a safer environment for all who attend & visit.
DATA CENTRE, SWINDON
Throughout 2022 Verus Group was contracted by John Paul Construction to undertake all fire stopping installations during Phase 1 of this new build data centre, spanning over 500,000sq ft.
Cytiva, UK
Verus Group has completed multiple projects throughout Cytiva's Flagship building in Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, over the past 24 months due to building alterations. Works have included the installation of numerous new fire doors sets, rebuilding of service cupboards to ensure adequate fire protection, fire stopping works, and redecoration throughout communal areas.
ROyal Windsor racecourse
A project to install fire stopping measures across all buildings situated at the grounds was recently undertaken by Verus Group at this iconic racecourse. In addition, the company was contracted to install several new steel fire exit door sets, replacing the existing timber sets, to reduce the risk of damage and subsequent maintenance requirements.

Verus Group have recently finished a large project for this newly built apartment block, installing a full fire stopping package, intumescent coatings to timer slat ceilings and interior decorations.
Ferrari Maranello, Egham
Verus Group have recently completed an external lighting upgrade for Ferrari Maranello, Egham. This upgrade consisted of energy efficient 300w LED floodlights, assisting with greater efficiency and overall lumen output.
Spire Leeds Hospital
Verus Group was recently contracted to implement the fire stopping and intumescent steel coating elements during the refurbishment of Spire Leeds' in-house Phlebotomy Laboratory.

Verus Group was contracted to apply Envirograf class 0 fire retardant coating to parts of this great staircase, including all timber wall details.

Verus Group has recently completed all fire stopping elements to several apartment blocks on this new residential site.

Verus Group have recently completed fire stopping works within Toca Social, O2, following a newly installed HVAC system.
Royal windsor racecourse
Verus Group are continuing a phased plan upgrading worn timber exit doors with steel doors throughout the Grandstand.
Rituals, west quay southampton
Verus Group have recently completed the fire stopping installation work required within the new shop fit-out of Rituals.
Network Rail, Bletchley
Verus Group have recently completed the installation of two new substation doors with over panels, at The Bletchley Depot, Bletchley.
CALA HOMES, TRING
Verus Group were contracted by CALA Homes to install a full fire stopping package throughout all newly built apartment blocks.

Verus Group have now completed a large Rockwool fire barrier installation and penetration sealing systems throughout Martin-Baker's technical workshop.
Verus Group were contracted to carry out passive fire safety measures throughout the Munkenbeck and Marshall buildings, following new electrical services.
